The Do What Make Good story will be spread even further.

5. July, Sunstorm Openair, Nordheim (Heilbronn)

I do have the honour to be the opening gig on the upcoming Sunstorm Festival next week on Thursday (05th July). It’s an aspiring Heavy Metal festival which will take place close to Heilbronn. You might wonder what I will do on a Heavy Metal festival? The origin to this connection go back to the very, very beginning of Do What Make Good. In my first week in New Zealand I met Achim. He was also hiking and so we hiked together for a couple of days in the area of Queenstown and Wanaka. Achim had massive problems with his shoes and also finding shoe size 50 in NZ. So he decided to just turn the hole thing into a road trip instead and make the best out of it. And since then we always stayed in touch.

New Zealand – me, Jason and Achim

And guess what. Achim is one of the founders of the Sunstorm Festival and so he asked me if I wanted to come to tell my story since this years opening evening of the festival is themed “Travel, Travel”. You can find more info on the Sunstorm Festival pages

I am really excited to be there next week. Really looking forward to see Achim again and also to get some Heavy Metal tunes in 🤟😎
